The Supported Employment program at Southwest Opportunities Center (SOC) assists individuals in securing and maintaining employment in their local community based on interests and abilities. This process includes on-the-job assessment, personalized job development, and specialized long-term job coaching to ensure success. The goal of the supported employment is to obtain a good job match, to create independence, and establish a positive relationship between employee and employer.
