Janitorial Training Program:
Individuals interested in learning an occupational skill, have the opportunity to train and participate in our facility-based Janitorial Training program. Individuals will learn the basic skills required to work in the janitorial field learning such skills as garbage collection, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, dry/wet mopping, etc. Grounds maintenance duties include cutting the grass with a push or riding mower during the summer and shoveling snow in the winter.
After successful completion of the facility-based janitorial training program, individuals have the opportunity to participate in our community-based cleaning business. Cleaning crews service local businesses in Lancaster with the support of a job coach. For more information on our cleaning services, see Industry Services.
